JACKSONV411E Artist Participation Terms

Human-created artwork only

JACKSONV411E does not accept generative-AI artwork. By submitting artwork, the artist certifies that the submitted work is human-created and does not contain generative-AI-created imagery or generative-AI-created artistic elements presented as the artist's original work.

The artist keeps ownership

The artist retains all copyright, intellectual-property rights, and ownership of the original artwork. Participation does not transfer ownership of the artwork to JACKSONV411E or Bespoke House.

Limited rights granted for the program

The artist grants Bespoke House, operating the JACKSONV411E platform, a nonexclusive license to display and promote submitted artwork in the JACKSONV411E catalog; create previews and marketing materials; provide the standard free single-event flyer license to customers; and produce, advertise, sell, and fulfill authorized prints, merchandise, and other physical products featuring the submitted artwork on the artist's behalf.

This license does not give Bespoke House or JACKSONV411E ownership of the artwork and does not prevent the artist from selling, licensing, displaying, or otherwise using the artwork elsewhere.

Artist payment

There is no upfront cost to participate. For eligible prints, merchandise, and other products sold through JACKSONV411E, direct production and fulfillment costs are deducted first. Of the remaining proceeds, 80% is payable to the artist and 20% supports Bespoke House.

Direct costs include transaction-specific production, printing, product, and fulfillment expenses directly attributable to the item sold. General organizational overhead is not treated as a direct production cost unless separately agreed in writing.

Artist balances are calculated and paid monthly, subject to refunds, chargebacks, returns, and other transaction adjustments.

Artist responsibility

The artist represents that they own or control the rights necessary to submit and license the artwork and that the work does not knowingly infringe another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.

Removal

An artist may request that artwork be removed from future catalog use and future product offerings. Removal does not cancel licenses already issued or orders already placed before the removal takes effect.

Additional artist services

JACKSONV411E may separately offer brand development, EPK creation, Shopify storefront development, merchandise development, booking infrastructure, patronage systems, marketing, and ongoing site management. Those services are governed by separate service terms where applicable.
