Everyone Is Creative—We Just Need the Space to Prove It

In Jacksonville, creativity isn't just a pastime—it's a powerful economic driver. According to the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, the city's investment in arts and culture has yielded a total economic impact of over $135 million, supporting more than 1,500 jobs and engaging over 3,600 local artists in programming and exhibitions.

Bespoke House is part of this creative renaissance. Currently operating two dynamic locations—our main campus at 4624 Park Street, known for immersive art experiences and live productions, and 1607 Blanding, the historic home of a Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist —we've cultivated a community of over 50 active members and more than 2,000 supporters. With a waiting list of 30+ artists eager for live-work space, the demand for our services is clear.

Now, We're Expanding

We're poised to grow into a transformative 4.5-acre campus featuring classrooms, media suites, live/work housing, sports courts, and large-scale immersive experience spaces. This facility will allow us to:

  • Expand our studio and coworking capacity
  • Host large-scale immersive experiences and festivals
  • Offer live/work residencies for artists
  • Grow our production, gallery, and educational programs
  • Bring new energy to a historic site with deep community roots

Why It Matters

The stereotype of the "starving artist" ends here. Bespoke House is building a new creative economy—one that values artistic work, pays creatives fairly, and offers platforms for visibility, income, and collaboration.
